Job responsibilities
- Contact business or individuals to promote our company services and recommend services based on their needs
- Should be persuasive to convince clients to buy our services
- Answer calls from potential customers who contact in response to the advertisements/promotions
- Adjust and customize accordingly a well-tailored sales pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed and schedule appointments.
- Keep an updated customer database
- Take detailed call notes and record feedback
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing
- Freshers can apply
- Higher secondary / bachelor’s degree
- Communicates effectively on the phone and is good in email marketing
